Autonomous agents are moving from answering questions to completing tasks: researching, deciding, and executing without a human in the loop. To do that at scale, they have to transact — paying continuously and independently for the compute, data, APIs, and services they consume.
Traditional finance can’t serve them. An agent has no bank account, no government ID, and no economical way to clear a thirty-cent payment. Blockchains and stablecoins can — programmable, global, always-on, and cheap enough for millions of micropayments. The next era of AI will run on these rails, and we invest in the protocols, identity, settlement, and data layers that make autonomous transactions possible.
